Gateway Status: Waiting for Connection

If your Payments AI gateway status says "waiting for connection" you will need to reach out to support for assistance.

 

Reasons for this could be:

  • The onboarding process was not completed.

  • There may have been some technical issue when making the connection.

  • Or with regards to PayPal, the "Go back to Rebilly" button was not clicked on.

 

If your gateway status at any time says "waiting for connection" for more than a few minutes, please reach out to support by clicking the support widget in the bottom right corner or email support@payments.ai.
