Disconnecting a Gateway

To disconnect a gateway, go to the Gateways tab from the top menu. From there, click the red "disconnect" button next to the gateway you wish to disconnect. (You can disconnect Stripe, PayPal, NMI, Coinbase and Klarna)

Warning! Use Caution when Disconnecting a Gateway

When you disconnect a gateway, it breaks any connection of information to that gateway. If you have processed transactions in a disconnected gateway, you will no longer be able to refund the transaction from inside ClickFunnels or Payments AI. You would have to go directly to that gateway platform to perform any refunds.

It is recommended if you already have processing to a particular gateway, to use Gateway Routing Rules to route transactions to your gateway of choice rather than disconnect the one you no longer wish to use.
