What does the Credit Card Expiration reminder do? - The Credit Card expiration reminder is an email sent to your customer to remind them that a Credit Card is about to expire and that they need to update the card.
Where can my customers update their Credit Cards? - The email sent to the customer will have a place you can go to update your credit card.
Does Payments AI do anything to help us get the right Credit Card information?- Yes, every 15 days, Payments AI is looking for expiring cards and automatically updating them inside our system if we can.
Can you edit the Credit Card Expiration rules? Yes, you can edit when the email reminders go out and on what time frame you would like for them to be sent. You can also edit what email type you would like to send (Polite, aggressive, or default). You can also preview the email that will be sent out.
