What does the transaction tab do? - The transaction tab is used to give you an overview of all your transactions and give you the ability to search and find transactions based on customer names, email addresses, dates, and the last 4 digits of the credit card number.
Enter your search data in the search box provided as well as the period you would like to search by. If you need to narrow down your search, click Filters on the right hand-side where you can filter by amount, currency, status, and type adn gateway. In addition, you can click the three dots next to filters to email the data to a CSV and also choose to include test data or not.
Above the search box, you can also use the tabs to quickly sort transactions by completed Sales, Refunds, and payment Failures.
You can also click into each transaction to view the payment and billing details as well as the transaction log. You can refund the payment by clicking the Make a Refund button on the right-hand side:
