Account Settings Overview

The settings tab is a place where you can see your account information, billing for Payments AI, add/edit members, tax settings, system email configuration and access the onboarding form from your Payments AI gateway application.


Organization Information

The first section will include your organization ID which is a unique identification for your account. We will ask you for this ID for account verification when support is requested.

You can also enter your business VAT or EIN number if you wish to have these details shown on your customer's invoices.



Business Address

The next section is your business address which can be edited. Please note, the country cannot be changed as it is tied to your gateway availability. Should you need to change the country, please reach out to support at support@payments.ai.



Website

Next section is website information. All the data here can be edited. The Website name and URL along with customer service email will show on your customers invoices. You can edit the customer service email and phone number.



Documents Verification

This last section is to access your Payments AI gateway onboarding form where you can update any business information or banking information for your gateway account.




Can I add Members to my organization? Yes, inside settings in the Members tab, you can add members to invite to access your Payments AI organization.

 

What does the billing section do inside of my settings? - The billing tab shows you what your balance is for using Payments AI features such as subscriptions and dunning rules. This isn't your transaction fees. You will also be able to pull all your invoices to see them as well. You can also update your billing information.

 

What can I do in the Taxes section inside of my settings- The Taxes section is where you can manage your tax settings by setting up the Taxjar integration or adding specific tax locations.


Can I configure system emails? Yes, inside settings in the system emails tab you can add recipients for certain system emails and reporting as well as customize emails from your business with your logo and colors.
