Subscriptions: Why can't I see them in Stripe?

If you run subscriptions and use Stripe, you will be used to managing these subscriptions from inside your Stripe account. With ClickFunnels 2.0, it works a little differently. 

 

Subscriptions managed from your ClickFunnels 2.0 account

With ClickFunnels 2.0, subscriptions are fully managed from inside the software. There is no need to login to any external gateway to create or manage orders, products, and subscriptions. 


Subscriptions will live in ClickFunnels 2.0, so if you use Stripe as a payment gateway, you will not find the subscriptions in Stripe; the transactions will appear as one-time payments. All the subscription information can be found in ClickFunnels 2.0.
