"Request Cannot be Fulfilled by Current Shopper"

When you have a declined transaction that says "Request Cannot be Fulfilled by Current Shopper", this typically means that that customer's email address was picked up by our fraud tools.


If you are certain that this shopper can be trusted and you are willing to take the risks for approving the for purchase, you can request to have the customer's email whitelisted by reaching out to support at support@payments.ai.
