List of Restricted/Prohibited Items:

First, you cannot sell or promote any items or services that are prohibited by law in the jurisdiction of the transaction.
You cannot sell any of the items listed below:
1. Any illegal goods or services or that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activity.
2. Escort & Bride catalogs, sexual services, mail order brides, prostitution

4. Resellers – if you are a reseller of a product or service you must obtain the appropriate reseller certificate or permission.

8. Items that include computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, dishonest adware, crimeware, unauthorized rootkits, and other malicious and/or illegal software.
9. Medical Benefit Packages, discount medical cards, Medical/ therapy services, medical consultation services, dental plans
10. Unapproved drugs, and devices mimicking illegal drugs
11. Phone unlock services, Jail breakers
12. Pornography and adult content featuring children and/or individuals under the age of 18 years; and/or featuring rape/violence/bestiality and/or all other illegal sexual content.
13. Casual dating services
14. Products that infringe or violate copyright, trademarks, privacy, IP rights
15. Rape/Violence
16. Replica, branded name knock-off products, stolen/recalled property, Counterfeit goods
17. Satellite, Cable signal decoders/cards
18. Selling social media activity, Twitter followers Facebook Likes, YouTube reviews
19. Sites promoting hatred, racism, religious persecution, or containing offensive content
