How to Set Products as Taxable in ClickFunnels 2.0
This article explains how to add the tax to your product in your ClickFunnels 2.0 account. If your business location requires taxing your product or service, you must configure your product's tax settings.
Step by Step Walk Through:
Click the product image, the title, or the gear icon to open the product settings.
Click the checkbox next to Product is taxable in the Pricing section. Note, taxes apply only to US, Canada, Australia, and EU locations.
Click the drop-down under Tax Category ID to select the closest tax code to your product.
Important reminder. Click the Tax code hyperlink to view the full list of tax categories.
Click the Update product button at the top-right corner of the page to save your changes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Tax will not be calculated cross border. For example, a Canadian merchant that has customers in the USA; tax will not populate. However, Canadian merchants with Canadian customers; the tax should apply as expected. Tax calculations available for US, Canada, Australia, and EU.
