What does the customers' tab do?- The customer tab lets you search for your customers by their name, email, lifetime revenue, country, payment instrument, last payment, when they became a customer, and what type of customer they are (Standard or VIP).
Enter your search data in the search box provided. If you need to narrow down your search, click Filters on the right hand-side where you can filter by lifetime revenue, country, primary payment instrument, last payment, creation date, and customer tags. In addition, you can click the three dots next to filters to email the data to as a CSV and you can choose to include test data or not.
You can also click into each customer profile to view their personal information like name, address, email, and more. You can look up how many active subscriptions they have, what type of product they have bought, and if they have any disputes.
Editing Customer Information:
From the customer profile in the top right corner, you will see three dots, from there you can click Edit Customer and edit their information:
Adding a Customer to VIP List:
From the customer profile in the top right corner, you will see three dots, from there you can click Set a VIP Customer::
What is a VIP customer?- A VIP customer is one that you deem very important to your business and can set different rules to because of that. Also, when a customer is set to a VIP customer, they will be tagged every time you see their name so you will know they are essential.
Placing a Customer on a Blocklist:
From the customer profile in the top right corner, you will see three dots, from there you can click Blocklists to block the customer for a specified amount of time or forever:
You can choose from a variety of criteria to block by from the Blocklist Type drop-down menu like email, IP address, customer ID, etc:
