If you would like to update any part of your company or personal information, like banking details for payout or changing from a sole proprietor to a company, you can do this by accessing your onboarding form.
From the Gateways Tab, click "configure" next to the Payments AI gateway. In the Overview section click Upload next to Documents Verification:
You can then go into the section that requires updating and fix any errors that might be present. The onboarding form will look like this:
When there are Errors in the Onboarding Form
When there are errors in the onboarding form that require attention, you will see notification the bell in the top menu:

Click on the bell to open the notification. Click on the "click here" link which will take to the overview page where you can access your onboarding form and make the appropriate updates.
