Payments AI Gateway - KYC Period Reviews

Payments AI Gateway - KYC Period Reviews

As a part of regular due diligence and the compliance process, these reviews are conducted periodically to ensure that merchants using our payment platform remain compliant with financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, card network rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), and our own risk policies.

If your account is selected for a periodic KYC review, both the owner and administrators will receive email notifications informing them that additional data verification is required for your account.

Additional notifications will also be displayed in the Payments AI application itself.

Depending on the KYC documentation portion selected for review, you will need to complete the review within 30 or 60 days. The periodic review does not stop the payment processing, except in cases of exceeding the deadline mentioned above or changes to the transfer instrument.

You must submit the requested information within the allotted time frame to avoid any disruption to your account processing.

To action any pending items for a KYC periodic review, go to the Gateways tab from the top menu and next to the Payments AI gateway, click "configure". From there, click the "upload" button in the Documents Verification section to open the onboarding form.

Submit any requested information securely through the form. Some information may be verified instantly, while others might require manual verification, which can take a few days.
