You can set up automated email notifications to remind customers when their subscription is about to renew based on the configuration that you set up.
How to Set Up Subscription Renewal Reminders
Click on Automation Rules tab from the top menu then click Subscriptions on the left side:
Click on "Add new rule" next to Subscription Renewal Reminder:
Name your rule and set your first condition. You can set a condition by product, price or currency.
For example, if you want to set a condition that only subscriptions at or over $1000 will get this reminder, you can choose "price" then "greater or equal to" and then put $1000 in the value box.
Set Amount and Schedule Emails
Once conditions are configured, you can set the schedule for your reminders. Choose the number of days before expiration that you want the reminder to go out:
You can add more than one reminder as well. For example, you can have a reminder sent 7 days before the expiration of the subscription and also one day before the expiration. Click "add attempt" to add more and click the trash can icon to remove any you do not want.
Preview your Reminder
Click the "Preview" button to view what your reminder emails will look like. Once you are done, click "Save."
You can manage your subscription renewal reminder by using the toggle to utn it on or off. Also, you can edit the rule using the pencil icon, or you can delete the rule by clicking on the trash can icon.
