Currency Settings

Below is an explanation of the various currency settings and what they mean.

Reporting Currency

When you complete the registration form to connect to the Payments AI platform, you will need to select a reporting currency. This is the currency that your metrics and reporting will be in.

Important note about reporting currency: If you collect payments in one currency, for example, USD and your reporting currency is another currency, for example, CAD, then your metrics will be in the reporting currency and the transactions shown in the Transctions tab will be in the currency the payment was collected in. In the example given above, reporting currency would be CAD and transactions in the transactions tab would be shown in USD.

Gateway Currency

You can choose which currencies you want to accept by connected gateway. Go to the Gateways tab, click configure next to the gateway you want to choose currencies for, then edit and tick the boxes next to the currencies.

IMPORTANT: The currency chosen as the workspace currency in ClickFunnels 2.0 must also be selected as the gateway currency in order for payments to go through for a particular gateway. If your workspace currency is EUR and you have not selected EUR in the gateway currencies, then all the payments under that gateway will delcine.

Workspace Currency (ClickFunnels 2.0)

The currency your funnels will accept payment in is determined by your ClickFunnels 2.0 workspace settings. From your ClickFunnels dashboard, click Workspace Settings from the left side menu. From the Payment Settings area you can select your currency.

Important note: Once an order is placed on your workspace, you will no longer be able to change your currency.
