Subscriptions: Why can't I see them in Stripe?

Learn why ClickFunnels 2.0 subscriptions don't appear in Stripe. Subscriptions are fully managed inside ClickFunnels 2.0, and Stripe will only show individual transactions as one-time payments.

If you run subscriptions and use Stripe, you will be used to managing them from within your Stripe account. With ClickFunnels 2.0, it works a little differently.

Subscriptions managed from your ClickFunnels 2.0 account

With ClickFunnels 2.0, subscriptions are fully managed from inside the software. There is no need to log in to any external gateway to create or manage orders, products, and subscriptions.

Subscriptions will live in ClickFunnels 2.0, so if you use Stripe as your payment gateway, you will not find subscriptions in Stripe; transactions will appear as one-time payments. All the subscription information can be found in ClickFunnels 2.0.
