Creating a User Account


Creating a User Account for Payments AI will allow you to login to your Payments AI organization apart from your ClickFunnels 2.0 account.


You only need to create a password one time. You can add multiple Payments AI organizations to one user account.


To begin, click on the Payments AI icon from your ClickFunnels 2.0 account. You will be presented with details to create an account. Complete the form and click “Create account”.




Once submitted, check your email for the activation email:




Once you click the link in the activation email you will be prompted to enter a code sent to the phone number provided in the form:





You will be taken to a page to choose your organization. If creating the account from the Payments AI icon located in your ClickFunnels 2.0 dashboard, you should see the organization associated with that workspace. Once you click on it, you will be taken to the Payments AI dashboard for that organization.


If you have multiple workspaces, you only need to create an account once. For each additional workspace, click the Payments AI icon from the left side menu of your ClickFunnels dashboard. Instead of creating an account, simply click the "Log In" link at the bottom of the screen and enter your email and password to connect and/or register an additional Payments AI organization for each workspace.


If you do not have any Payments AI organizations associated with your account you will see a screen like this:


You should reach out to the organization owner so they can add you as a member and send you the invitation to join that organization.



Adding Members to your Organization


To add members to your organization, click your company name in the upper right corner then click Settings. From there, click Members from the left side menu. Here you will be able to click the button called Add Members + 



You can add one or multiple new members:



The newly invited members will receive an email invitation to join the organization. If the member already has an existing Payments AI user account, they can simply login to add the new organization.


If they do not already have a user account, they should click the Create Account link as shown here:



Switching Between Accepted Organizations


If you have more than one Payments AI organization tied to your user account you will be able to switch back and forth between them.


You can do this by clicking your account name in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Switch Organization, and select the one you want to switch to from the options available.




IMPORTANT NOTE:  Each ClickFunnels workspace must have it’s own Payments AI organization. With this user account, you can access all of your connected Payments AI organizations through one login.
