What is Subscription dunning? - Subscriptions Dunning allows you to set multiple retries for subscriptions that fail to bill successfully and define whether to cancel the subscription after the last attempt. You can even schedule discounts or partial payments.
How do I find Subscription Dunning inside Payments.ai?- Select Automation Rules from the top menu. From there, click Subscription from the left side menu.
Is there a default rule for Subscription Dunning? Yes, if you want to set default rules for Subscription Dunning you can go to “add new rule”. Once you do that a window will pop up and ask you if you want to “Use Default settings” or “Start from Scratch. Click the “Use Default settings” tab to enable them.
What is the default rule for Subscription Dunning? The default rule is 3 retry attempts. The first retry is 3 days later using the full amount, then again at 7 days, and the third retry is on the 15th day of the month at 06:30:00 using the full amount. After last failed attempt, the subscription is cancelled.

What does Trial Reminder do? A trial reminder sends out an email to let your customer know that their trial is ending.
Can you customize the trial reminders? - Yes, you can set up when you want emails to go out, and what time frame and duration. You can also look at what the email will look like that will be sent to your customers.
