You can initiate a refund for an order directly from inside your ClickFunnels account. You can also do this from your Payments AI account.
From the Transactions tab in the top menu, locate the transactions you wish to refund and click on them. Then click the blue button in the upper right corner of the screen that says Make a Refund.
A side panel will open. Verify the information, then click the button Refund.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days from the date of the refund for it to reflect in the customer's account.
