Taxes and Tax Reporting Payments AI
(US Merchants Only)
To utilize tax features available in Payments AI, you will need to have Pro Features enabled. From the top menu click "More", then Settings. From the left side menu click Taxes. If you do not yet have Pro Features enabled you will see this:
To enable Pro Features, click the "learn more" button then scroll down in the pop-up window and click "Activate"
Once Pro Features are enabled, you will be able to access Tax reports, Tax locations, and the TaxJar integration.
Tax Reports
You can generate tax reports for a chosen period. The generated report will be sent to your email. You can choose cash or accrual method.
Tax Locations
With tax locations, you can include additional organization addresses where you may wish to collect taxes. (not needed if you integrate a TaxJar account)

IMPORTANT: For taxes to be displayed on your products, you must first set your products as taxable in ClickFunnels 2.0. Here's how: Product Settings: Taxes
