Pro Feature: Customer Invoices

Learn how to access, download, and email customer invoices in Payments AI using Pro Features, including how to edit unpaid invoices and disable ClickFunnels 2.0 invoice emails if preferred.

Customer Invoices in Payments AI

To utilize invoices in Payments AI, you will need to have Pro Features enabled. From the Transactions tab, click on the transaction you want to access the invoice for, then scroll down. If you do not yet have Pro Features enabled, you will see this:

To enable Pro Features, click the "learn more" button, then scroll down in the pop-up window and click "Activate."

Once Pro Features are enabled, you will find invoice information which will look like this:

From the "more" button, you can download the invoice, email the receipt, or view the receipt details, which will open in a side panel showing all the details.

If the invoice payment was not collected or declined, the invoice will have a "pay online" button on it so that your customers can easily make their payment right from the invoice.

In addition, if the invoice is not paid yet, there is an edit feature where you can update the customer's address or phone number, and an additional content area where you can add any text you want, for example, you can add a VAT number or special note to the invoice.

How to Disable Email Invoices in ClickFunnels 2.0

If you want to only use the invoices from Payments AI after enabling Pro-Features, you can go to your workspace settings, system emails, and from there you can toggle off/on invoices from ClickFunnels 2.0.
