Once your Payments AI gateway application is completed and verified, the website provided will go through a quick review process. Your dashboard will look like this:
Click "More" from the top menu, then click on Settings. Scroll down to the Documents Verification section. You will see a status called "Manual Review Needed"
This review will take place automatically in the background and will usually be completed within a day or so. If the website you provided in your application does not work or is incomplete, your Payments AI gateway status will remain in this state until a completed website can be reviewed.
If your main offer starts with an email opt-in, please email us the link to your order page so we can see what you will be selling.
To also avoid any delays, ensure that you are not selling resticted items and make sure compliance items are in place on your website.
