How to Partially Refund a Customer Payment

You can initiate a partial refund for an order directly from inside your ClickFunnels account. You can also do this from your Payments AI account. 


How to Partially Refund a Customer Payment

From the Transactions tab in the top menu, locate the transactions you wish to refund and click on it. Then click the blue button in the upper right corner of the screen that says Make a Refund


A side panel will open. Edit the refund amount to any amount under the total transaction amount, then press the button Refund. The refund will be processed in the amout specified in the box.



Please note, it can take up to 10 business days from the date of the refund for it to reflect in the customers account.
