Subscription Tab

What does the Subscription tab do? The subscription tab will give you an overview of your subscriptions like renewals, trial conversion rates, and canceled subscriptions. You can also search for customer subscriptions by looking up the product you sold, customer's name, customer's email, the status of the subscription, price, currency, the next charge time frame, and renewability.

Enter your search data in the search box provided as well as the period you would like to search by. If you need to narrow down your search, click Filters on the right hand-side where you can filter by price, currency, status, next charge, and renewability. In addition, you can click the three dots next to filters email the data to a CSV or choose to include test data or not as well.

Above the search box, you can also use the tabs to quickly sort transactions by completed Active and Ended.

You can also click on each subscription to view the subscription and transaction details for charges associated with the subscription. You can cancel the subscription by clicking the Cancel Subscription button on the right-hand side:
