Blocklists

Learn how to view and manage Blocklists in Payments AI to block transactions from specific email addresses, IP addresses, countries, Bank ID numbers, and more to protect your account from fraudulent activity.

To view, manage, or add to your Blocklists, click the name of your company in the top right of the screen. From the drop-down menu, click Blocklists:

From here, you can click the blue button, Add item to list to block transactions from certain email addresses, email domains, IP addresses, Bank ID numbers, Customer IDs, Countries, and physical addresses.

You can also use the box provided to search by any of those criteria to see if the customer is already on a particular blocklist, and also filter by active or expired:
