Payments AI Gateway Application - US Applicants (Businesses)

 

This document will help you through the registration process when applying for the Payments AI gateway as a business from the USA.

 

Step 1: Add Your Business Information

 

Complete the “business information” section. Be sure to tick the box under website name to acknowledge that your website contains all the required website compliance items like terms and conditions, refund policy, privacy policy, etc.

 

 

When applying as a business, under business type, be sure to select one of the 6 options from the drop-down shown below. Please note, if you do not have a registered business and are applying as an individual, choose Sole Proprietor.

 

 

Step 2:  Add your Business Address

 

Step 3: Add Business Owner Name

 

 

Step 4: Open the Onboarding Form

 

Click the “Open Form” button to open the onboarding form where you will enter additional details as well as banking information:

 

Step 5: Complete ALL Sections of the Onboarding Form 

 

Be sure to complete all the sections of the form as well as sign the Services Agreement and PCI DSS questionnaire. We will go through each section below.

 

Step 6: Company Details

 

In this section, go through each part of the menu on the left and make sure it is filled out completely.

Pay close attention to the area called “Registration Details”. Enter the Tax ID Number for your business in the space provided.

 

 

Once complete, continue on to the summary page where you can review your information, then click Submit.

Step 7: Decision-Makers

 

In this section, you will need to add at least one decision-maker. Of all decision-makers entered, there needs to be a Controlling Person, an Owner as well as Signatory.

Click the button to add a decision-maker:

 

First, choose the role for the decision-maker. Remember, each one of these roles needs to be fulfilled. If there is only one decision-maker, then you will need to tick all three boxes here for that decision-maker.

 

 

Then, fill out the form completely:

 

 

Once complete, continue on to the summary page where you can review your information, then click Submit.

 

Step 8: Payout Details

 

Follow the instructions on the page to verify your banking information. Continue on to the summary page where you can review your information, then click Submit.

 

Step 9: Sign Service Agreement and PCI DSS questionnaire

 

First, click on the service agreement, review, then choose your name from the drop-down and tick the box that you accept. Then click Sign. 

In the same way, click on the PCI DSS questionnaire, review, choose your name from the drop-down and tick the box that you accept. Then click Sign. 

 

If there are any errors in the form or any of the information cannot be validated, you will see a red tag that says “unsuccessful” next to that section. Go back into the section to find and correct the issue. 

If everything is verified successfully, you will see a green tag that says “Verified.”

Once all sections and completed and verified you will be able to accept payments!
