Enabling the Sticky Gateway will allow your customers' payment method to “stick” to the payment gateway so that future payments will always come through on that same gateway.
If you would like to change the gateway a certain customer card sticks to, you can do so by following these steps:
1 . Go to the Customers tab at the top of your dashboard and search for the customer whose card you need to update. Then, next to Payment Instrument, click the pencil to edit:
2. To the right of the screen, click the three dots then select Update Sticky Gateway:
3. Select the gateway you would like this payment method to stick to from the drop-down menu then click Update:
