If your Payments AI gateway status says "waiting for connection" you will need to reach out to support for assistance.
Reasons for this could be:

The onboarding process was not completed.

There may have been some technical issue when making the connection.

Or with regards to PayPal, the "Go back to Rebilly" button was not clicked on.
If your gateway status at any time says "waiting for connection" for more than a few minutes, please reach out to support by clicking the blue support widget in the bottom right hand corner or email support@payments.ai.
