If you would like to update the bank account information that used for payouts in your Payments AI gateway, please be sure that you are logged into your account and follow the steps below:
1. Upload Bank Letter or Voided Check
From your dashboard, click on your business name at the top right of the page then click on Settings. Scroll down and click Upload next to Documents Verification.
From there, scroll down to Additional Documents and tick the box to upload additional documents. Click to upload or drag and drop your bank letter or voided check that shows new account and routing number, then click Save.
2. Reach Out to Support
Once you’ve uploaded your bank letter or voided check in the Payments AI app, click the Support widget at the bottom right hand corner of the screen to open a support conversation.
Let us know you would like to change your Payments AI gateway bank account information and that you’ve already uploaded the bank letter or voided check. Please allow 2 business days for us to complete your request from here.
