Enabling the Sticky Gateway will allow your customers' payment method to “stick” to the payment gateway so that future payments will always come through on that same gateway. This setting is helpful when you have more than one payment gateway enabled.
To locate the setting for sticky gateway, go to the Gateways tab located in the top menu bar.
Then, next to the gateway you would like to update, click Configure:
Scroll down to Sticky Gateway and use the toggle switch to turn the setting on or off:
