The payout frequency is generally 2 days for US merchants. Canada merchants typically 3 days and all other countries take about 4 days.

There will be a 7-day business day delay on the first payout. Also note, it can take 1-2 business days for the funds to appear in your account from the date of the transfer.

If it has been more than 7 days and you have not gotten your first payout, you might not have hit your minimum payout amount or there is a chance that your payouts are disabled. We will go over these possibilities in detail below.

The default minimum payout amount is $35 USD. If any payout due is below this specific amount, the payout is not created and the next payout will include the transactions that were not paid out.

You can choose to increase the minimum payout amount during the application process. If you are not sure what your minimum payout is set to, you can find this information by clicking the Gateways tab from the top menu, then click Configure next to the PAI gateway:

If it's been more than 7 days and your payout amount surpasses the minimum set on your account, it is possible that your payouts are disabled. There are a few reasons why payouts on your account might be disabled.

Once your initial documents pass preliminary verification checks, your account will be successfully connected. In most cases, this happens quickly. At this stage, you will be able to begin processing up to $5000.

Once processing begins, your application and documents will go through a final review as well as your website to ensure compliance with card brand regulations. If any additional documentation is required, you will receive an email.

All documentation and website compliance must be completed in order for payouts to be enabled.
