The settings tab is a place where you can see your account information, add documents, billing for Payments AI, edit your subscriptions, dunning rules and add new gateways.
What can I do inside the account tab? Inside the account tab, you are able to verify your organization information and edit it.
Can I change the email used for customer support? Inside the account tab, you can edit the customer service email and phone number.
Where can I add documents needed for my account to get set up? Inside the account tab, you can upload any documentation asked of you from Payments AI. There is a place for you to add documents to verify your business information, owner's information, billing information, and also a place to add additional documents.
What does the billing section do inside of my settings? - The billing tab shows you what your balance is for using Payments AI features such as subscriptions and dunning rules. This isn't your transaction fees. You will also be able to pull all your invoices to see them as well.
What can I do in the Taxes section inside of my settings- The Taxes section is where you can manage your tax settings by setting up the Taxjar integration or adding specific tax locations.
What are automation rules inside of the billing section- These automation rules are where you can turn off and on subscription rules, dunning rules, and other rules inside our rules engine.
Can you change your billing information? - Yes, inside of the billing settings you can update your billing information. Default billing information is the bank information you provided when signing up for Payments AI.
Where can I go to edit my subscription rules?- If you go to the top right of the page and see your company name, click it and you will see a settings tab. If you go into settings you then will see a Subscription tab. From there you can edit your subscription rules.
What rules can I edit for Subscriptions?- You can edit, Trial reminders, Credit Card expiration reminders, and control your Subscription Dunning rules.
