The general metrics on your main dashboard will provide an overview of your account, tracking revenue, refunds, transactions and new customer counts.
Using the drop down menu on the right-hand side, you can filter your general metrics by time frame:
Below the general metrics are Subscription Metrics where you will find an overview of subscribers, canceled subscriptions, new trials, reactivations and churn rate. These results can also be filtered using the date period drop down on the right-hand side.
Notifications Inside the Dashboard
On the right-hand side of the dashboard there is a notification section that will give you important notifications about your account on things like failed payments, required documentation, and gateway notifications.
Also located on the right-hand side of the dashboard, under Notifications, you will find Gateway Status. This area will list the possible gateways along with the status for each. Possible status are:

From any screen within Payments AI, you will be able to get back to the General Metrics Dashboard by clicking Payments AI in the top menu bar or by clicking the house icon.
