This document will cover how to close or cancel your Payments AI account.

Account Cancellation

When you cancel your ClickFunnels 2.0 subscription you will also lose access to Payments AI. No further action is required.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have active subscriptions running in your account, they will remain active after you cancel your ClickFunnels 2.0 account. If you would like those subscriptions to be stopped. you will need to cancel from inside your ClickFunnels 2.0 account prior to canceling your subscription.

Closing Your Payments AI (Gateway) Merchant Account

If you would like to close your Payments AI merchant account, please submit your request to customer support at [email protected] or start a conversation using the blue support widget at the bottom right of your screen.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The refund reserve amount will be held for 6 months after account closure in case of any chargebacks or refunds. All other funds will be paid out according to the regular payout schedule.

Website Compliance and KYC

In order for payouts to be enabled, your KYC documents must be accepted and completed and your website has to meet certain criteria to be in compliance with card brand regulations. If you have begun processing but your website does not meet the compliance criteria and you wish to close your account, you will first have to ensure the website is in compliance and your KYC is complete before a payout can be issued and your account closed out.
