Account Settings: Updating User Login 2FA and Password

Learn how to update your Payments AI user login details, including personal information, password, and two-factor authentication settings via SMS or a TOTP app like Google Authenticator.

View and Update your User Login Settings

From the top menu bar all the way to the right, click the person icon and then click Account Settings from the drop-down:

Personal

From this section, you can update personal details such as name and phone number, then click Save:

Password

From this section, you can update the password for your User Login. Password must have 12 characters, 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter, as well as one number.

Two Factor Authentication

In this section, you can manage your 2FA settings. You can enable or disable text (SMS) authentication, and you can also add a TOTP, like Google Authenticator:
