There are a number of items needed in your funnel to be in compliance with card brand regulations. See the complete list here. There are a few ways that you can simply add these required terms and policies to your funnel.
Use the Footer Templates in Universal Blocks
From My Assets, choose Universal Blocks and scroll down to see the various footer options. Once you chose one, you can edit the block to fit your needs and add links to your T's and C's, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.
Use and Edit Navigation Element
You can also add links to your policy pages by using a Navigation Element. You can learn more about Navigation Elements here:
