Find a running list of all your payouts along with the transfer date. Also, adjust your payout timing. (It may take 1-2 business days from the date of transfer for funds to reflect in your account.

There are two ways to get to the Payouts settings area.

1. Go to the Gateways Tab from the top menu. From there, click configure next to the Payments AI gateway:

2. From your dashboard, on the right side in the Gateway Status area, hover over the next payout area, and a button will appear that says Payouts:

Once on the Payouts page, make sure you are in the tab next to Settings that says Payouts.

In this section, you will be able to view and/or edit your payout triggers. In the example below, when the balance is greater than $100, the system will maintain a balance of $50 and push the excess to your bank account.

You can edit the payout schedule from here as well to daily, weekly, or monthly:

Daily: Payouts will occur Monday - Friday at 7 am CET

Weekly: Payouts will occur every Monday at 7 am CET

Monthly: Payouts will occur on the 1st of each month at 7 am CET

*Payouts do not occur on weekends, and if on monthly payouts, if the 1st falls on a weekend day, the payout will trigger on the next business day. I may take 1-2 business days from the date of the transfer for funds to appear in your account.

This section will show you a running list of payout amounts and dates. You can user filter to sort the data.

You will be able to find additional details for these payouts in your Gateway Reports.

There is a small delay in the information shown on the payouts page, so if there is a payout in transit, it may not show in this area until the following day.
